Summer Camps

Our horsemanship summer camps are for children ages 7 and up. We offer four day in-depth learning camps, from 8 am to noon, Monday thru Thursday. There are also two day camps for those with busy schedules or if you want an introduction to program.  Horse camp at promenade stables is a time to learn about horsemanship and have quality riding time. It allows you to connect with the horse and improve your riding and ground work skills.

School Break Camps

2022 4- Day Summer Camp Dates:

June 6th – 9th,  June 13th – 16th,  June 20th – 23rd

July 11th – 14th,  July 18th – 21st,  July 25th – 28th

8 am-noon $395 for each 4-day camp Ages 7 and up

This camp is for beginners and continuing classes. Learn to ride or come and work on advancing skills.

 

2-Day Summer Camp Dates:

June 1st & 2nd,  June 27th & 28th,  July  6th & 7th,  August 1st & 2nd 

8 am-noon $225 for each 2-day camp Ages 7 and up

This camp is to let you try us out with an introduction to what is learned in the 4-day camps.

 

2-Day Lead Line Camp Dates:

June 29th & 30th,  August 3rd & 4th

9 to 11 am $165 for each 2-day camp Ages 3 to 6

This camp is for the young ones and an adult participates with them. Learn safety, grooming, riding basics.

 

We hold Thanksgiving break, Christmas break and spring break camps. These are also for ages 7 and up. The winter camps are from 9 am to noon.

What to Bring

Please send plenty of water, snacks, and sunscreen with your child. Those staying for the entire day need to bring their lunch. Have your child dress in long pants and a tuck in shirt. Boots or some type of shoe with a heel is recommended but not necessary, tennis shoes are ok for the first week. A jacket may be needed the first hour or in the beginning of June. We provide helmets but if you child has a helmet please bring.
